Ludgate completes investment in BEDEO, a pioneer and leader in the electrification of transport, with a broad 40+ blue chip customer base, in the automotive, e-commerce, logistics, online grocery and food retail space, including Stellantis, DPD, DHL, Ocado.
Realization Rapid Action Packaging
In Q1 2021, Rapid Action Packaging (RAP), a manufacturer of sustainable food packaging solutions, was acquired by ProAmpac, a US based packaging conglomerate backed by Pritzker Group. Ludgate exited its majority shareholding in RAP in full.
Partial Realization STX
In Q4 2020, STX completed a partial sale of its shareholding in STX, a leading, global trading company of environmental commodities. The sale was in combination with a capital raise, to accelerate the growth of the company.
